This could have been taken over the course of a few years, but I think that it was only since last summer until recently: the time lapse of students getting onto the blue buses is inside the just-renovated bus shelters.
Then, earlier in the video - showing the roofs of Hill Auditorium, the bell tower, etc, North Quad appears to be completed, which would put it no earlier than this past summer.
